The objective of this project is to support to the Bolivarian Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the elaboration of the Combined Third National Communication (NC3) and the First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) for the implementation of obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement.
