The objective of this project is to strengthen technical and institutional capacities in the agricultural and forestry sectors to comply with the requirements of the enhanced transparency framework under the Paris Agreement, in line with Nicaragua's National Human Development Program and the guidelines of the Policy on Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change.
